Responsible for the definition and implementation of strategies for the Graduate School of the Catholic University, oriented to ensure the quality of the programs by promoting policies and mechanisms to improve the training experience. Facilitating the curricular flexibility, interdisciplinarity and internationalization of PhD training. Head of the Advisory Council of the Graduate School, and it´s responsible of addressing academic issues related to doctoral training that the Academic Units need to resolve.

Responsible for the integral proposal of the doctoral student's life cycle and the processes involved in their progression and Curricular process, career development and welfare, in strong articulation with other units of the University. Supervising the implementation of the Transversal Abilities Program and Support for the Direction of Doctoral Thesis Program. In addition to designing and promoting actions contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of these programs. Advises and coordinates the updates of the regulations and study plans of the doctoral programs and ensures their consistency with the guidelines of the Graduate School.

Deputy Director of Quality Assurance and Community Engagement
Responsible for promoting, coordinating and supervising the implementation and fulfillment of processes and support initiatives aimed at ensuring the quality and continuous improvement of doctoral programs, through a collaborative action with the Academic Units and other units of the University, from the formulation, creation, accreditation and monitoring of PhD programs. Responsible of designing and supervising the implementation of mechanisms to promote international collaboration and linkage with the environment of doctoral programs, such as double degree and dual degree co-supervision, framework agreements, collaborative programs, programs linked to industry and the public sector, access to infrastructure for research, among others.

Internationalization Officer
Responsible of the Coordination of internationalization activities and collaboration in designing and implementing activities for attracting talents, also designing the Double Degree programs and dual degree with the academic units. Along with VRAI, is responsible of implementing the Orientation and Accompaniment Program for International Students.

Responsible of coordination and reviewing the accreditation of the PhD Programs, implementing monitoring plans and activities aimed at the continuous improvement of the programs, ensuring the fulfillment of the standard and criteria established by the CNA and the institution’s quality assurance policies.

Responsible for coordinating the implementation of the activities of the Doctoral Thesis Support Program, as well as its evaluation and continuous development, also, for the continuous improvement of the Doctoral Thesis Management and Support System (SaGa). Responsible for coordinating the graduating student assignment process and monitoring students in their final cycle. Coordinates the implementation of wellness and student experience initiatives.

Responsible of the coordinating and implementation of the Transversal Abilities Program, its evaluation and continuous development. Also, the coordination and management in the creation process and modification of courses. Follows up students associated with graduation requirements and manages exceptional cases, exemptions, suspensions, reinstatements, reasons for elimination, among others.
