Co-tutoring abroad 1_2020
Objective
To offer doctoral students the opportunity to carry out a co-tutoring stay, obtaining a double degree, during the development of their thesis projects at universities of recognized international prestige.
Requirements
- Be a regular student of a UC doctoral program.
- Be a candidate for a doctorate and have the candidacy examination and thesis project approved at the time of application.
- Be studying, at most, the 6th. semester of their Doctorate studies, at the time of starting the Joint Tutelage.
- Accredit a good academic record.
- Prove the existence of a specific agreement with the foreign institution where the Joint Guardianship will be carried out.
- Have the support of their respective Head of the Doctoral Program.
- Prove command of the language in which the stay will be made, as required by the destination institution.
Profits
- An allowance of USD $ 800, for the period of the stay (6 to 12 months).
- A round-trip air ticket in economy class, from Santiago to the destination city abroad, for a maximum of USD $ 1,500.
- Payment of health insurance, for a maximum annual amount of USD $ 800.
- One-time financing for a maximum amount of $ 1,000,000 CLP.
